Refund policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, however refunds are only available under certain conditions. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can review your case and provide a solution, which may include a replacement or refund. Items must be unused and in their original condition to be eligible for a return. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing selected by the customer, or delays caused by shipping carriers or customs. Refunds may be declined if the item has been used, damaged by the customer, or is returned outside the allowed timeframe. Once your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
