Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. Shipping times vary depending on the destination and supplier processing times. Estimated delivery is typically between 7–20 business days, however delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, or high demand periods that are outside of our control. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information so you can follow its progress. We are not responsible for delays once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, but we will always do our best to assist you if any issues arise.
